Here's what I made:
Dreena Burton's "You Got Peanut Butter in my Chocolate" cookies
Isa Chandra's Sparkley Ginger Cookies
Colleen Patrick-Goudreau's Mexican Wedding Cookies
My Cranberry Pistachio Lime Shortbread cookies
I'm adding these Cranberry cookies to Food Blogga's Eat Christmas Cookies contest because these are my favorite holiday cookies and everyone should make some this week.
Just don't bake so many that you feel sick, okay?

You made the Mexican wedding cookies! I don't know if I would have been much help on Saturday, but I am sad I missed out on all those cookies. Did you end up freezing any batter, or did you just go ahead and make them all?
Hi Liz,
I feel lucky that you're sharing your favorite cookie with us at Eat Christmas Cookies. Your shortbread have an intriguing combination of flavors and are so festive for Christmas. Thanks for submitting them. Cheers,Susan
Sounds like we were both busy in the kitchen at the same time (I even made the sparkled ginger cookies as well)! You beat me by about 20 cookies though, you win!! Pretty exhausting, huh? But at least you can sneak a few cookies for yourself, eh?
How are the Sparkled Ginger Cookies? I have been eying that recipe for a while...
Everything looks great!
Courtney
