My Shopping List

I do my grocery shopping from a template in Excel format.  Yup.  I'm that nerdy.  I just go down the list and note anything that we're running low on before I head to the co-op for the week's shopping.  If you're new to natural foods eating (or just snoopy), you might wonder what's in my pantry.  I only list items that I always want to have "in stock" in my kitchen at all times.  Not included are spices and household items and things that tend to last forever.  Here 'tis:
