Last Call for Tuesday's Class!
There are a few spots left in my "Gluten Free Baking" class for Tuesday, Feb. 17. If you're in the Twin Cities, just visit the South Washington County Community Ed website to register.
Are you willing to share your recipes from this class with those of us who live out of state? My mom has Celiac's disease, so I'm always looking for GF goodies to bake for her. :)
Vegyogini--looking for great gf recipes, I'm signed up for a weekly newsletter by JulesGlutenFree.com that sends out a new recipe every week--I use their flour too--best baked goods I've had so far. Yay for cakes/cookies that actually taste good. Check it out!
