I feel healthier just being in the presence of this salad! Lettuce, alfalfa & onion sprouts, carrots, avocado, blueberries and sunny seeds- heck yeah!
The dressing is a sweet & tart blend of pomegranate molasses, balsamic vinegar, flax oil and Himalayan pink salt.

Well, I have my own salad to make, but I definitely feel healthier even looking at this. Fruit in salads is great.
That looks amazing!
My salad is not complete without the pomelo pulp. It’s not only rich in antioxidants, but complete with the nutrients that our body needs.
