Hi There,Have you ever bottled infused oils or vinagers? I have all of these hot peppers and I wanted to stick them in a bottle of oil, but then I googled it and saw all sort of talk of botulism. I promise not to rely on your advice to my detriment, just curious to hear what other Twin Cities canners think is within the realm of something to try. Thanks for your thoughts!
